Measuring maturity in industry and the nuclear sector

Safety, quality, industrial cybersecurity: in these environments, compliance does not stop on audit day. Here is how industrial groups measure their entities' maturity continuously, against demanding frameworks, from digital to compliance.

01

The need

Every industrial player knows the cycle: the audit approaches, everyone mobilises, the level rises. The audit passes, attention drops, and practices slowly drift until the next deadline.

At group scale, multiplied by sites, frameworks and client requirements, that sawtooth cycle is expensive: permanent re-mobilisations, gaps discovered too late, and no consolidated view of the entities' real maturity between two deadlines.

02

The approach

The group's requirements are carried as structured frameworks on the platform: those from the catalogue, quality, operational excellence, digital transformation, industrial cybersecurity, or the supply chain's own. Every site is measured on the same scale, through interviews or light, regular self-assessment campaigns.

Every gap feeds a per-site action plan, tracked over time and linked to the group's roadmap. Consolidation gives the view per entity, per framework and at group level.

03

The results

Drift shows before the deadline, not during it. Internal comparison becomes possible: one site's good practices get spotted and spread. And stakeholders, executives, clients, auditors, regain a clear vision of the transformation projects.

It is the shift from sawtooth to trajectory: a level measured continuously, gaps handled as they appear.

« Datamensio has enabled us to centralize frameworks, actions, and teams, providing a clear vision of transformation projects led with the regional consortium. Our stakeholders and business leaders feel both reassured and more engaged in their transformation efforts. »
