The conviction
Most transformations run on intuition. Audits in spreadsheets, PowerPoint report-outs, action plans gathering dust for lack of follow-up. Everyone knows progress is needed; nobody knows exactly where they start from, or how far they must go.
We started from a simple observation: an organisation that wants to transform needs three things. To know where it stands, to know where it must go, and to have a practicable path between the two. That is what Datamensio does, on any framework, for any stake.
The story
Datamensio was not born in a lab. It comes from the concrete experience of leading transformations, alongside companies, industries and public institutions, at small and large scale alike.
Before founding the company in 2021, its founders practised transformation where it actually happens: the digital transformation of the Chambers of Commerce and Industry network on one side, the architecture of complex systems for the French State and industry on the other. The product was born in the hands of practitioners who met the problem before turning it into software.

The positioning
The market for compliance and transformation platforms is dominated by American players. Datamensio offers another way: a European platform, hosted in Europe, built for organisations that do not want to entrust the steering of their transformation to a non-European third party.
This choice is not just about hosting; it is a positioning. It meets the requirements of public bodies, and it opens markets where European origin is a decisive asset: French-speaking Africa, Mercosur, institutions. Where others impose a framework from elsewhere, we offer a neutrality and a proximity few can claim.
The team
Founder & CEO
Digital transformation expert, former marketing vice-president of CES award-winning startups and former director of digital transformation for the Chambers of Commerce and Industry network. A graduate of MIT, the Sorbonne and INSEEC, he combines strategy, innovation and marketing to accelerate organisational transformation.
Co-founder & CTO
Engineer and technical director specialised in complex systems and software architecture. He has held technical leadership roles on government and industrial projects, designing solutions for entities such as the French State, Air Liquide and Devoteam.
Around the founders, a team of engineers builds the platform between Paris and the Barcelona Digital Lab.
